Punahou Class of 1959

40th Reunion Photos Scrapbook

KAUAI Scenery

Some of the best views of Kauai are from the air if you have the stomach for a wild helicopter ride. Dee Dee and Lynn both did and took some wonderful photos of Kauai from the air.

Here are our two Haena beach houses we rented for the week which share 7 acres of beachfront property on Tunnels Makua Beach on northern Kauai (marked as two small boxes). They are owned by the two Guslander sisters (Wili and Nan), Punahou '61 and '64.

Hundreds of beautiful waterfalls cascade down all sides of Mt. Waialeale. 450 inches of rain per year make it "the wettest place on earth".
